1.3.0 Bonus update


This update has been a long time coming and is the final update I actually have planned for the game. Aside from any bug fixes or performance improvements (if any are needed) this is pretty much the end of this project before I move on to new ones. I have to admit it's kinda bittersweet to say goodbye to working on this. Timidna's Path was my first real video game project but I'm looking forward to expanding this universe I've created with the games I plan to make in the future. So let's get into all the stuff this new update brings.

  • New platformer decor added (shields, tapestries, slime, bushes, vases, table, lamps)
  • Bonus castle levels added (includes new power-ups and enemies. Unlocks after completing the castle platformer)
  • Funhouse expanded and new enemy added (see Halloween update)
  • Light beam adjusted (castle platformer)
  • Bonus duels added (new NPC mechanics. Unlocks after getting the Reunion ending)
  • Difficulty settings applied to Halloween games
  • Bonus music rhythm game added (Unlocks after beating the carcerem)
  • New particle effects added to castle and duels
  • Minor bug fix with dueling shields
  • New title screen art added
  • Space and backspace keys now can be used in place of the "next" and "back" buttons
  • New puzzles and mechanics added to dream/memory platformer
  • Various music improvements
  • Final choice button added (unlocks after beating the carcerem)
  • Alien space pirates ending added (find and click on the 3 hidden aliens. 1 in each of the main platforming sections - castle, horror story, and memory. Once unlocked, can be found in the "final choice")
  • ??? added
  • arahc removed
